Your provider may request action from you if they encounter issues which prevent them from continuing with the job.
Currently providers will request for you to amend one of two issues:
If this occurs, you will receive an email notification like the following:
Press the View Job button to view your job.
BAD SOURCE DOCUMENT
1. You will be directed to your job details page. Scroll down your screen and press EDIT.
2. First remove your current document and upload new files.
3. Click SAVE FOR LATER.
4. Once finished, scroll down your screen, and press RETURN TO PROVIDER.
5. Press CONFIRM.
EMPTY TRANSLATION FIELDS
1. You will be directed your job details page. Scroll down your screen and press EDIT.
2. Press NEXT STEP: SELECT FIELDS.
3. Press NEXT STEP: TRANSLATE.
4. Add the English translation for as many fields as possible. Move onto the next field by pressing the right green arrow (follow above steps under Submitting a Job).
5. Once you have finished entering in the translations, press on NEXT STEP: SUMMARY.
6. Once finished, scroll down your screen and press RETURN TO PROVIDER.
7. Press CONFIRM.
Your amended job will now be sent to your provider.
