Setting up Your Distributor Account

Setting Up and Managing Coupons on AcudocX

  • Account Setup: After activating your account and setting up 2-factor authentication, click on your profile icon located in the top-right corner of the screen.
  • Configure Your Stripe Account: Click on Account Configuration to enter your Stripe account details. Ensure all required information, including your website, is provided for the account to be fully activated.

 

 

 

  • Creating a New Coupon:
    • Navigate to the Coupons menu and select Create New Coupon.
    • First, choose the agency you are associated with.
    • Enter a unique Coupon Code (each code must be distinct).
    • Set the Customer-Distributor Split to determine the discount for the customer and the commission you will retain. Alternatively, you can manually enter the discount percentage in the Coupon Discount box below the slider. 

       

 

 

 

  • Optional Settings:
    • Max Redemptions: You can limit the number of times a coupon can be redeemed (e.g., ‘First five customers get a 20% discount’). After the set number of uses, the coupon will be deactivated.
    • Expiry Date: Set an expiry date for the coupon if needed.
    • Membership Numbers: If you wish to track membership numbers, enable the option for customers to enter them at checkout.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Saving and Activating the Coupon: Once all required information is entered, click Save at the top, followed by Enable to activate the coupon. 

     

     

 

 

 

  • Sharing and Managing the Coupon:
    • Once enabled, the Quick Link will be active. Share this link with your customers to automatically apply the discount.
    • You can copy the link by clicking the designated box.
    • All coupon details will be displayed below.

     

     

     

 

 

  • If you wish to stop offering a coupon, simply click Disable and create a new one.
