I’m going away on holiday and need to pause my account

If you’re going away and want to pause your AcudocX account temporarily, all you have to do is disable your language(s).

To do this, simply login, go to ‘My languages’ on the site menu and click the drop-down menu next to the language that you want to disable.

Then, all you have to do is click ‘disable’, as shown here:

Then, when you return and are ready to begin receiving work again, don’t forget to return and enable your language service again.
