Raise an Issue

If at any point you have an issue with your translation job, please use the messaging function in your job details screen to communicate with your provider.

You can also use our RAISE AN ISSUE function to flag an issue with your provider regarding your job.

RAISE AN ISSUE:

1. Go to your job details page from your email or from your Dashboard and press RAISE AN ISSUE next to the relevant job.

2. Please provide as much detail of the issue as possible.

3. Press SUBMIT and the issue will be sent to your provider.
