Reviewing Your Job

Once your provider has finished translating your documents, you will receive an email notification. Depending on whether your provider has made any edits, there are two different outcomes:

 

1. Your provider requests a customer review

 

A review may be requested from you if the provider has made any edits or changes to the translation. If this is the case, press the View Job button in the email to view your job, or access your job through your AcudocX Dashboard.

 

Once again you will be redirected to the job details screen. Note the status is ‘Customer Review’.

  • Scroll down your screen and click  Review (If you have multiple translations, review each one)

 

  • Once you have finished your review, press BACK TO JOB.

 

  • Scroll down and press CONFIRM REVIEW

 

If the number of edits your provider made has exceeded their number of free included edits, you will be prompted to pay for any additional fees. Scroll down your screen and press on CONFIRM REVIEW & PAY, accept the following messages then proceed with payment.

 

  • The translation job will be sent back to your provider to be digitally certified. You will receive an email notification once your provider has completed your job.

  • Press the View Job button in your email to be taken to your job, or access it from your Dashboard (scroll down to your COMPLETED JOBS section).

 

  • Your translated documents will now be ready for download. Press DOWNLOAD.

 

2. Provider completes the job without requesting a customer review

 

Depending on the provider’s judgement, they may choose to complete the job without requesting a review from you if they deem your translations suitable, or if minor edits were made (for instance).

In this instance, you will also receive an email notifying you that your job is complete. Once you access your job through this email or your AcudocX Dashboard, you can immediately access your translated documents by pressing DOWNLOAD.
