Setting up before you start: Language, Price, Extended Job Pools

Setting up a new language

1. Select ‘Pricing’ from the navigation menu on the left.

2. Click ‘OFFER NEW LANGUAGE’

3. Select the language that you wish to offer from the drop-down menu and click the green ‘SAVE’ button.

Setting up your price

After setting a new language, you will be directed to the page below.

If you are adding pricing to an existing language, click the drop-down arrow next to the language you wish to add pricing to and select VIEW.

1. Click ADD PRICING.

2. You can add/edit pricing on this page. Once you finish editing, make sure you click the green ‘SAVE’ button.

Extended Job Pool Configuration

1. Click ‘EXTENDED JOB POOLS’ on the top menu. Here you can manage configuration details around the extended job pool for jobs, which allows language service providers to accept jobs without having an active direct relationship with you.

2. Make sure allow jobs to be accepted by all active language providers by clicking the switch.

3. Once you allow jobs to be accepted by all active language providers, you will be able to edit your configuration details around the extended job pool. Click the green ‘SAVE’ button after editing the configuration.
