SELF-SERVICE EXTRACT TRANSLATION
1. Select a type of document and press Next. You can choose more than one document type. (If your required document template is not available, select the Full Translation option instead.)
2. Take a photo of your document(s) or upload your document file(s) and press Next (you can upload more than one file). Please ensure the document is a readable file of high quality.
3. Make sure the image is the right way up and press Next. You can turn the image using the blue button.
4. Follow the indicated field and select the correct words/phrases corresponding to the field highlighted. You can zoom in by pinching with two fingers and resize the selection. (On desktop, zoom in with the on-screen zoom icons)
Fill in as many translations as you can. If there are fields in which you are unsure or unable to complete, leave the translation box blank and your provider will check and make edits as necessary.
Any edits exceeding your provider’s number of free edits (per translated document) may incur additional charges. Please ensure you are aware of your provider’s cost per edit, otherwise please contact your provider directly.
5. Once you finish entering your translation, review your translations and press Finish.
6. Review your document(s) and press Finish & Checkout. You can also add more documents you wish to be translated by pressing the plus button.
7. Review your order and press Continue to Checkout.
14. Enter your details and press Pay at the bottom.
On your job details page, you are now able to:
