Now that you are officially one of our agencies, please read this handbook before you begin using our AcudocX services. This handbook will provide you with all the necessary steps and functions for using AcudocX’s platform.
AcudocX’s software-as-a-service (SAAS) platform aims to provide seamless translation services between freelancers, LSPs (language service providers) and customers. AcudocX not only streamlines all the administrative processes like sending emails back and forth, sending quotations and waiting for payment etc. It also allows customers to submit their documents 24/7, with the option of completing part of the translations by entering their basic information in provided fields. This streamlining of the customer process makes everyone’s experience a lot faster.
After you received an account activation email and activate your account, please follow these steps
Once you have completed the account verification and logged in, you will see your Dashboard. On the agency’s dashboard, you can see ‘Job Metrics’, ‘Unassigned Jobs’, ‘Draft Jobs’, ‘Revenue Metrics’, ‘Active Jobs’, ‘Active Issues’, and ‘Finished Jobs’.
For agencies, the job assignment is totally frictionless. The jobs get claimed by the first available translator and automatically assigned to the translator.
Translators can message the clients directly, and chat messages are sent in the name of the agency.
