Your Dashboard

Once you have completed the account verification and logged in, you will see your Dashboard. On the provider’s dashboard, you can see ‘Job Pool’, ‘Pending Jobs’, ‘Check Your Progress’ and ‘Job History’.

 

Job Pool

Every time a customer submits a job through a translation agency, the job will appear in the ‘Job Pool’ section for you to claim. If the agency has more than one translator working for them, other translators will be able to see the job and claim it as well.

If you do not have a relationship with any translation agency, the job will go straight to your ‘Pending Jobs’ section.

 

Pending Jobs

You can view the job status to see whether a job is new, requires customer review, review completed, requires customer action, in progress or completed.

You can choose to either accept the job or in the situation that you are unable to take the job, refund the customer and abandon the job.

When checking a translation job, if you make any edits, the job can be sent back to the customer for review (otherwise you may choose to complete the job). You can also request customer action, which can occur due to a subpar source document, incomplete self-service translation, or fields not selected, and the customer will need to follow your instructions and click ‘return to provider’ to send the job back to you.

 

Check Your Progress

You can view existing translation jobs that are still in progress.

Once you click on a particular job, you can view the details of the job as well as the cost summary. You may also edit the job details, raise an issue or abandon the job along with providing reasons for taking such action.

 

Job History

You may view the previous jobs submitted.

 

Each category shows the following:

  • The customer’s name(s)
  • The document type and language they submitted
  • The number of documents they submitted
  • Job status (New, In Progress, Completed, etc.)
