Your Provider Profile

Viewing your provider profile

To access your Provider Profile, simply select the drop-down arrow on the top-right corner then select ‘Provider Profile’.

This is where you can view all your provider details.

Editing your provider details

Select the drop-down arrow on the top-right corner and select ‘Provider Profile’ and ‘EDIT’ to modify your details. You can update these fields at any time.

The banner will be visible on the top left-hand corner on the letterhead of all your exported translations. Your logo is shown on your internal AcudocX profile. If you don’t have a banner or logo, we suggest you upload an image of your name in text or a blank white image instead.

To update your logo or banner, select the item you wish to update on the ‘Provider Profile’ page and select the file.
