Navigation menu

Jobs

From your left navigation menu, select ‘Jobs’ to view a full list of all your jobs here.

You can see the following details:

  • Language
  • Provider
  • Status

 

You can also access the job’s details and documents from this list.

 

Customer Invoices

From your left navigation menu, select ‘Customer Invoices’ to view a full list of all your customer invoices.

You can see details such as:

  • Invoice type (Job or Correction)
  • Customer’s name
  • Total cost
  • Total tax

 

You can also issue a refund from this page.

 

My Users

From your left navigation menu, select ‘My Users’ to view a full list of all your users.

You can see details such as:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Status

 

You can also add new users here.

 

After entering the new user’s names and email address, click the green ‘SAVE’ button.

 

Issues

Issues’ is a function in the AcudocX system that allows either a customer or a provider to raise an issue to register a disagreement about some aspect of the translation job that has recently been completed.

Here you can view a full list of all your disputes.

 

My Webhooks

This is an advanced feature to help you track your customer journey. If you wish to know how to use this function, please contact the admin team.

 

Customers

From your left navigation menu, select ‘Customers’ to view a full list of all your customers.

You can view the following details:

  • Name
  • Email

 

 

Pricing

From your left navigation menu, select ‘Pricing’ to view a full list of all your pricing for the languages you offer.

You can also offer new languages here.

Reporting

Select ‘Reporting’ under the left navigation menu to view your provider and accounting report.

– Accounting report:

The accounting report contains full information for an accountant or bookkeeper.

 

– Agency report:

The agency report contains basic information on jobs, status, cost, and duration.

 

Disbursements

Select ‘Disbursements’ under the left navigation menu to view a list of all disbursements (payments sent to you as an agency).

 

Disbursements are sent your Stripe account immediately upon job completion.

 

Relationships

Select ‘Relationships’ under the left navigation menu to view a list of all the translators you have a direct relationship with.

My Providers

Select ‘My Providers’ under the left navigation menu to view a full list of all your providers.

 

Service Receipts

Select ‘Service Receipts’ under the left navigation menu to view a full list of receipts issued on behalf of you, as an agency, to AcudocX (for payment of service fees).

 

Translation Receipts

Select ‘Translation Receipts’ under the left navigation menu to view a full list of receipts for your translation fees.

 

Distributors

Select ‘Distributors’ under the left navigation menu to view a full list of all the distributors you have a relationship with.

 

You can also add new distributor relationships here.

1. Click ‘ADD NEW RELATIONSHIP

2. Select a distributor from the drop-down menu.

3. Edit Agency-Distributor Split

4. Click ‘SAVE’ (SAVE button will appear once you have selected a distributor)
